Upgrading & Managing Your Pro Subscription

Everything you need to know about the Pro plan, upgrading, and managing your subscription.

What's included in Pro?

Pro unlocks the following features:

• Unlimited polls and movie options — No monthly poll limit and no cap on movies per poll.
• Private (unlisted) polls — Create polls that are only accessible via a direct link.
• Anonymous polls — Hide your name as the poll creator.
• Dark mode polls — Give your polls a sleek dark theme.
• Edit published polls — Update the title, description, and movies on your live polls.
• Vote email notifications — Get notified when someone votes on your poll.

How to upgrade

You can upgrade to Pro from several places:

• The Pro plan page.
• Your account settings page under the plan section.
• Any in-app upgrade prompt (when you try to use a Pro feature).

Clicking Upgrade to Pro opens a checkout panel where you can enter your payment details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Promotion codes can be applied at checkout.

Managing your subscription

Go to your account settings and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:

• View your current subscription status.
• Update your payment method.
• Download invoices.
• Cancel your subscription.

Your account settings page also shows your current plan, renewal date, and payment method on file.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal (accessible via Manage billing in your account settings). When you cancel:

• You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account settings will show the date your plan cancels.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.
